How long does the shoot take?  

• Iris photography takes around 5-10 minutes per person and then around 15 minutes to complete your order.

Is there a minimum age limit for the iris photo?

• While the system is safe for all ages, the photo requires the individual to follow instructions and sit very still. I have photographed 3 year olds in the past, it really does depend on whether or not the child can sit still with a light shining in their eye!

How do I book my photoshoot? 

• Once you’ve purchased your selected package, simply email me do discuss an ideal time slot: fwimagery@gmail.com

Can I upgrade my package after already purchasing online? 

• Yes, you can simply pay the difference on the day of your shoot and inform me what package you want to upgrade to.

Can I purchase a gift voucher? 

• Yes. Gift vouchers can be purchased online and redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers can be sent via post or electronically upon request. Gift vouchers are non-refundable

Can I wear my contact lenses? 

• For best results, we ask people to remove their contact lenses.

What is your refund policy? 

• Due to the personalised and unique nature of this work, no refunds or returns can be made.

Do you offer payment plans? 

• Yes. I offer a payment plan over 3 payments at no additional cost to you.
